Lewis School Diary - June 2007

June was the last quiet month before our busy summer season. It was also an important month for our IELTS and FCE exam students. Good luck - we hope you get the results you want!

Above is a picture of a sunny breaktime on our patio. Ian is busy selling tickets! Social activities this month included a trip to London, a cooking class and a poker tournament.

We were delighted this month to be visited by six former students from Japan. Ai, Mio, Natsumi, Tomo, Junko and Tomoko all studied here in 2003 and came back for the wedding of Marina, who studied here at the same time. Congratulations to Marina and her husband Paddy. We wish you all the very best.

Our Junior Centres in Southampton and Alta Valtellina began this month. To read more about these centres, click here.

Finally, we would like to say a special thank you to our work experience staff: Géraldine, who studied here last year, Mariano and Ilaria. Your contribution has been greatly appreciated by all of us at the school.

If you have any photos or stories to contribute to our news pages, please contact Tom. tom@lewis-school.co.uk.
