We can also host groups from September to June at our centre in Southampton.
Programmes
can be tailor-made to suit your needs, including specific projects, and we can offer a choice of
homestay or 3-star hotel accommodation. Trinity exams can be arranged on request.
A Week with Lewis
Follow the diary of the Liceo Linguistico group from Italy.
Sunday
We meet Pat, Daniela, Yvonne and their students at Heathrow
Airport. Coach to Southampton to meet host families.
Monday
First day at the school! Placement test and first lesson in the morning.
A tour of Southampton in the afternoon and bowling in the evening.
Tuesday
Lessons all morning, followed by a half-day trip to Winchester, ancient
capital of England. The sun is still shining! Evening with host families.
Wednesday
Lessons and a visit to the Maritime Museum to learn about the
Titanic. There are DJ, dance and art workshops in the evening.
Thursday
Lessons, swimming/sport, and an evening at home. Two birthday
celebrations at breaktime!
Friday
Final lessons and an afternoon shopping. We have a farewell party in
the evening. Teachers Jonathan and Lorraine present certificates and
prizes. We sing songs in Italian and English too!
Saturday
The highlight! A full-day trip to London.
Sunday
A sad farewell, but full of happy memories.
