The sun finally shone on Wednesday, in time for our trip to Portsmouth, a nearby city and home of the Royal Navy. Here, we visited the historic dockyard and had a guided tour around the HMS Vistory. This ship was built in the 18th century and in 1805 it was used by Lord Nelson in the Battle of Trafalgar. Nelson led England to victory against the French and Spanish, but died in battle.
