Welcome Party

Welcome to the Lewis School Junior Centre! Today was the first day of our 2006 summer centre and we welcomed students from Kazakhstan, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Poland, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The day began with a placement test to find out everyone's English level. Students were then introduced to their teachers and had their first lesson. After lunch there was a (wet!) tour of Southampton. Fortunately, the weather improved for our Welcome Party in the evening.
