Sharon’s Dragonboat Success!
Congratulations to Sharon Miller, our Financial Controller, who participated in the European Dragonboat Championships between 13 and 15 August in Bosbaan, Amsterdam, Holland.
She represented Great Britain in the senior women’s (over 40s) team. Despite stiff competition from the strong German and Czech crews the British team achieved 2 nd place in the 200m and 3 rd place in the 500m event – a fantastic achievement!
She met teams from 14 other countries including Italy, Hungary, Switzerland and Ukraine.
